About Catalyse

Sharing Expertise in Cognitive Analytic Therapy

Enactments

Catalyse is a not-for-profit social enterprise offering training, therapy and consultancy through a network of experienced therapists and trainers based across the North of England. We have developed as an organisation through a core group of colleagues working together for over twenty years since setting up the first North of England CAT Practitioner course.

As an organisation we have a commitment to encouraging and developing new ideas in CAT and promoting its relational approach in a wide range of settings.

We have a great deal of expertise in CAT across a variety of specialist applications, delivering training from introductory through to diploma level. Within this scope we offer shorter trainings for individuals and teams; specialist workshops; personal and professional development sessions; supervision; personal therapy; and undertake research and evaluation.

Additionally we use the CAT model to support teams and organisations on a consultancy basis and we are interested in developing innovative partnerships within and across public and private sector organisations. We apply a CAT understanding in order to offer something adaptable.

Whilst we bring a lot of experience and are skilled in CAT, we work in partnership with you; it’s a collaborative approach which fosters personal development and self exploration.

We welcome enquiries from people who are interested in working or collaborating with us, and from organisations who would like to explore how we can work with them to support and enhance their services.

To make an enquiry, please contact us via the Catalyse administrator, Frances Free.
